Psychotherapy and EMDR

Welcome, I'm Jenny Gibbs, a BACP-accredited Humanistic/Existential Psychotherapist with over thirty years' experience in mental health, first as a nurse and now in private practice. People usually come to me at a point where something has become hard to hold alone. From anxiety, loss, a change they didn't choose, or a feeling they can't quite name. Drawing on a range of therapeutic perspectives, we work together to explore and make sense of what you are experiencing, your relationships and the patterns that shape your life.

About Jenny

Thirty years in mental health, and a personal belief in the power of being truly heard.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

— Carl Rogers

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Taking time to listen to yourself is a form of self-care. Getting in touch is often the hardest step. Whenever you're ready, I'm here.

Get in Touch

Making contact can be the hardest part, so there’s no pressure here. If you have a question, or you’d simply like to see whether we might work well together, I’d be glad to hear from you.
